Located on a former MBTA trolley yard, Bartlett Station is a new 10-building, 367-unit mixed-use neighborhood of affordable, moderate, market-rate rental and homeownership housing, senior housing, and commercial/retail space.
Building F5 is a 5-story building measuring 49,000 sf with 44 affordable housing rental units and ample community space. Bartlett Station is registered with the LEED-ND pilot program, and Building F5 will be LEED-certified and will follow Passive House Construction.
